Alternatively, you can contact support via the goMeter by:
- Clicking on your name at the bottom left of the goMeter app.
- Click on Contact Support.
- Our Knowledge Base will be opened and you can open the chat window, in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
- Inform our customer support team of the following information
- A detailed description of the problem you are facing. Include a screenshot and/or video capture if possible.
- What operating system you are using and what version.
- Which goMeter version you are currently using.
- Our customer support will get back to you as soon as possible.
