A job offer is sent to a freelancer by a client who needs a task completed. A job offer can be sent to any user on the goLance platform, regardless of whether they have applied for the job.
Offers can be:
Hourly (e.g., $40.50/hr., weekly limit: 30 hours)
Fixed price (e.g., $500 total, with milestones: 1. Design: $100; 2. Code implementation: $400)
Clients can also withdraw their offer. Freelancers can either accept or decline the offer. If the offer is accepted, it becomes a contract.
