This guide explains how withdrawals work on goLance, including available methods, how to request a withdrawal, and expected processing time.
Before You Withdraw
Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure:
- You have added at least one withdrawal method in Payments → Withdrawal Methods
- Your bank details (name, IBAN, SWIFT) exactly match your bank records
Incorrect or mismatched details can delay or cause your transfer to fail.
How to Request a Withdrawal
-
Go to Payments → Move Money → Make Withdrawal or under withdrawal methods select the withdrawal method you would like to use.
-
Enter the amount you want to withdraw
3. Mark the checkbox acknowledging you are aware of the processing time of the withdrawal and click Withdraw to submit your request
If you choose a SWIFT transfer, keep in mind that intermediary banks may deduct additional fees after the funds leave goLance. Withdrawals in USD to non-US-based accounts may incur in intermediary bank fees.
Your withdrawal will appear in your Transaction History immediately.
