You can update your password at any time from your Account Settings.
Change Your Password
To update your password:
- Click your profile picture (avatar) in the top-right corner
Select Account Settings
- Go to the Security tab
Click on the Pencil Icon next to "Password"
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password
- Re-enter your new password to confirm
Click Save
Forgot Your Password?
If you don’t remember your password:
Click Forgot password? on the goLance login page
- Follow the instructions to reset it

- Uppercase and lowercase letters
- Numbers
- Symbols
- Avoiding easily guessed information
- Changing your password regularly
