Step 1: Take the Assessment
- Log in to your goLance client account
- Navigate to Company Settings → Culture Profile
- Click "Start Cultural Assessment"
- Answer 48 scenario-based questions about your company's working style
- Submit to generate your company culture profile
Step 2: View Your Company Culture Profile
After completing the assessment, you'll receive:
- A radar chart showing your company's scores across all four culture types
- Your dominant culture type(s) with detailed descriptions
- Insights on what type of freelancers will work best with your team
- A Culture Badge that appears on your job postings
