Managing Time Off Requests
After setting up your Time Off Request policies and enrolling your freelancers, they can start submitting their requests. In this article, we will guide you through the process of managing them.
Navigating to Time Off Requests
Click on Jobs Manager and select the Time Off tab. Here, you will see three main sections: Time Off Requests, Time Off Balances, and Time Off Calendar.
Viewing Requests
Under the Time Off Requests section, you can view and manage both pending and historical requests by clicking on the dropdown arrows.
You can approve, deny, or view the details of pending Time Off Requests by clicking directly on the request.
By clicking View Details, you will access the options to either Deny or Approve the request.
Approving a Time Off Request
When approving a request, our system will provide a reference calculation that you can use as is or modify to fit your needs.
You will need to select a planned payment date. Please note that these are treated as regular bonus payments, meaning the freelancer will receive the funds after the standard 5-day security period following the date you have selected.
Paying Time Off Requests
Approved requests can be paid by clicking the Pay for Time Off button at the top right, or by clicking the menu next to each individual approved request.
Clicking the Pay for Time Off button allows you to process payments in bulk.
Exporting Your Time Off Requests
You can download a CSV file of your Time Off Requests for your records. Use the available filters to easily sort by client, team, contractor, request status, policy, or contract status.
