How to Set Up a Survey
Setting up a survey takes less than a minute:
- Go to the Surveys Dashboard
- Click Create Survey
- Choose the survey type (currently only Weekly Check-in is available)
- Set when the survey should be sent (for example, every Friday at 10:00 AM contractor time)
- Add the contracts you want to include
- Done! goLance will automatically generate and send the survey each week
Where to View Survey Results
You can review contractor responses in three locations:
- On the Surveys Dashboard — to see all surveys and their statuses
- On the contract page, under the Surveys tab — for historical answers and trends per contractor
- On the Work Diary, for the relevant week — to view survey responses alongside logged time and activity
