When you are ready to hire a freelancer you may find under the Quick Actions button you may find the Send an Offer option. You may choose between Hourly, Fixed and Recurring payment offer types to send to freelancers.

In this article, we’ll focus on hourly offers. Hourly contracts require freelancers to use the goMeter to track their work.
Please complete all required fields to proceed.
If the freelancer already has a goLance account, you can locate their profile by entering the email address associated with their account
If they don’t yet have an account, you can invite them by adding their personal information.
Next, select the profile you’d like to hire from. If you’ve created a company profile, you can choose it from the dropdown menu.
You can now enter the offer name and select a category and subcategory to clearly define the position you’re looking to fill.
The contract dates determine when your freelancer can begin tracking time and when the contract is set to end. The weekly hour limit controls the maximum number of hours your freelancer can log and be paid for each week. You also have the option to allow manual time entries if needed.
These settings can be updated at any time, even after the offer has been accepted.
The goLance fee can be adjusted using the slider, which automatically updates the calculated amount based on the hourly rate you entered above.
Below, you can add a brief description of the role, outline expectations, and drag and drop any relevant files into the box provided.
When you’re ready, simply click the Send Offer button.

Find Freelancers on our marketplace and send them an offer.
Once you have found a freelancer you would like to hire simple select their profile and click the hire now button.
