How to Sign Up as a Client
If you are here to hire top talent, getting your account up and running is quick and easy:
Select your account type: Click on the widget on the LEFT that says, "I'm a client."
Complete onboarding: Follow the prompts to set up your basic account. This process takes roughly 5 minutes.
Build your profile and company: We highly recommend adding a company to your profile to unlock extra features. Take some time to fill this out completely—a detailed company profile boosts your reputation and attracts higher-quality candidates to your jobs! ([Insert Link: Learn about companies])
Set up payments: Add one or more payment methods to your profile. You also have the option to assign specific payment methods to your company or to specific teams. ([Insert Link: Learn more about Payments])
What's Next?
Once you have signed up and completed your company profile, you can immediately begin building your team. You can:
Post a job to start receiving proposals.
Find freelancers directly in our marketplace.
Send an offer and hire someone immediately.
Created the wrong account type?
Because of how our platform is structured, we cannot directly convert a Client account into a Freelance account, or vice versa. If you accidentally signed up for the wrong account type, don't worry! Just follow these simple steps to get it fixed:
Sign up again: Create a new account of the correct type using a different email address.
Contact us: Reach out to our Customer Support team and provide them with both email addresses.
We’ll handle the rest: Our team will swap the emails on our end so that your preferred email address is linked to the correct account.
