Step 3: Review Profiles and Take Action
Once you find a candidate of interest, click on their profile to view comprehensive details, including their work history and portfolio. From there, you can take immediate action by:
Messaging them to schedule an interview.
Extending an offer to hire them directly.
Saving their profile for later review.
