If you don't have access to your authentication code, you can reset the MFA using a recovery code. If you do not have access to the recovery code we recommend contact Support Team.
Steps to reset your MFA with your MFA code or your recovery code.
- Go to your account settings
2. Click the reset button. This will disable your MFA so you may set it up on a different device if needed.
