goLance may also ask users for identity verification in certain situations, in which you'll need to provide proof of your government-issued identification, such as your driver's license or other valid photo identification.
Identity Verification
As part of our efforts to keep goLance safe, secure, and fraud-free, we periodically ask users to go through identity checks. When you’re asked to verify your identity, you’ll need to add a photo of a government ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.). Additionally, you may be asked to have a brief video call with us.
Access to your personal information
Access to the information you provide during identity verification is reserved exclusively for trusted goLance agents and our secure third-party vendor. Clients will be able to see that you have undergone the verification process from the "Identity Verified" badge only. We do not otherwise share any of the information you submitted to us for verification purposes.
