If you are concerned that someone may still have access to your account: Ensure that your email address is secure.
- Contact your email service provider to secure your email and then secure your goLance account by changing your password and setting up MFA. Ensure that the device with your MFA codes is secure.
- If you have lost your device and your codes, contact our customer support.
